Our Intentional Life daily journal is here to make journaling meaningful and easy!
Every page has the same set of daily prompts. Complete one page per day or even one page per week. It doesn't matter, the goal is to simply start documenting.
The back of our journal has a section dedicated to numerous "lists" that we know you will love. This area is here to help you quickly document and make notes of all your "lists" throughout the year!

How soon will my order ship?
We ship as quickly as possible, but please allow 3 business days for processing and packaging your order (Excluding weekends and holidays).
Lost + Stolen Packages
An Intentional Life is not responsible for lost/undelivered packages. Once your package leaves our shipping center (verified by tracking information) it is no longer our responsibility.
If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us. In certain cases we will be able to discuss a replacement. We cannot offer refunds. Lost or stolen packages are the responsibility of the customer.
Tips: If your package gets lost, please call your local post office first with your tracking number information to see how they can help.
The next step for a lost or stolen package is to file a claim through USPS. You can also contact your credit card company to try and receive a refund for your purchase.
Upon completion of these steps, please contact us with an update. We would love to try and come to a resolution together.

Wrong address entered
If you put in an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible so we can fix it prior to being shipped. If your package has already shipped, you will be required to go through the shipping carrier to fix the error. Please have your tracking number ready prior to reaching out to shipping carrier.
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please send us a email at email@example.com along with photos of the damages. We will be happy to discuss a replacement product.
Do you ship internationally?
We are working on making international shipping possible! So yes, stay tuned!
Return + Exchange policy
We cannot accept returns on any of our candy products.
If you choose to return any other products from our shop, we accept unused products in their original packaging within 10 days of their arrival date. To initiate a return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
